Wind noise
Your helmet isn't protecting your hearing.
Most of the noise you hear on a bike isn't the engine, it's wind rushing over and around your helmet. Even in a good helmet, it gets loud enough to damage your hearing within minutes at motorway speeds. EGGZ Motorbike cuts that roar while still letting your intercom and the traffic through.
Wind noise under the helmet
Average noise measured inside helmets at speed, with no earplugs.
Source: helmet noise test by Dutch motorcycle magazine Promotor, reported by Motorcycle & Powersports News. Safe times assume 80dB for 8 hours, halving every 3dB. Speeds rounded.
Cut the roar
24dB of certified protection takes the edge off the constant wind rush, from town riding to the motorway.
Still hear what matters
The acoustic filter lets your intercom, sat nav and the traffic around you come through, so you stay aware.
Arrive less worn out
Hours of wind roar are tiring. Plenty of riders find they step off the bike feeling fresher with earplugs in.
Protect your hearing for good
Noise damage and tinnitus build up ride after ride and can't be undone. Earplugs are the simple fix.
Fit them in 10 seconds
A good seal is everything. Get it right and the difference on the road is huge.
Pick your size
Start with the medium tips. If they feel loose or the wind noise doesn't drop, switch to large.
Pull and twist
Reach over your head, gently pull the top of your ear up and back, then twist the plug in.
Check the seal
It should feel snug and the wind roar should drop straight away. Use the tab to pull them out.
What riders say

Rider questions
Will they fit under a full-face helmet?
Yes. The low-profile design sits inside your ear, so it won't catch the helmet liner when you put your lid on or take it off.
Can I still hear my intercom and music?
Yes. The acoustic filter takes the harsh wind noise down while speech from intercom speakers still comes through. Some riders find the intercom a little softer and music a little fuller.
How do I know they're in properly?
Reach over your head, gently pull the top of your ear up and back, and twist the plug in. You should feel a snug seal and hear the wind roar drop straight away.
What if they don't fit?
Medium and large tips come in the box. Need small or XL? Get in touch and we'll send them out. Every order is also covered by our 30-day money-back guarantee.
How do I clean them?
Take the filters out, rinse the tips in cold water (a drop of washing-up liquid helps), let them dry and store them in the case.
How long do they last?
Up to two years with regular cleaning. Spare tips and filters are available if you lose one.
