Bedroom noise

Snoring is louder than a bedroom should be.

The World Health Organization recommends bedroom background noise of no more than about 30dB for good sleep. Measured snoring averages around 58dB and can reach 75dB. A 30dB foam earplug brings a typical snore back down towards that quiet.

Maximum block

30dB is our strongest reduction, for when you want the world switched off.

Fresh every night

Individually wrapped pairs, so you always have a clean pair ready.

Enough for everyone

Share with the whole house, stash some in the car, the gym bag and the drawer.

Not just for sleep

Study, flights, DIY, mowing, fireworks night. Wherever it's too loud.

Roll, insert, hold

Getting the roll right is the secret to a full 30dB.

1

Roll

Roll the foam between your finger and thumb into a thin, tight cylinder.

2

Insert

Pull the top of your ear up and back, then slide the plug into your ear canal.

3

Hold

Hold for 20–30 seconds while the foam expands to seal. The noise should drop right away.

Foam earplug questions

How long does each pair last?

They're designed to be disposable, but a clean pair can usually be reused a few times. Swap to a fresh pair once they stop expanding properly.

How much noise do they block?

30dB SNR, our strongest reduction. Ideal for snoring, traffic and noisy neighbours.

Would a reusable earplug suit me better?

If you'd rather not bin foam, try EGGZ Memory Foam or Soft Sleep 2.0, both reusable at 28dB.

Are they individually wrapped?

Yes, each pair is wrapped, so they stay clean in a drawer, bag or glovebox.

What if they don't work for me?

Every order is covered by our 30-day money-back guarantee.
