Bedroom noise
Snoring is louder than a bedroom should be.
The World Health Organization recommends bedroom background noise of no more than about 30dB for good sleep. Measured snoring averages around 58dB and can reach 75dB. A 28dB earplug brings a typical snore back down towards that quiet.
Snoring vs a quiet bedroom
Measured snoring levels against the WHO bedroom guideline.
Sources: snoring levels from Arnardottir et al. (2015), via Hearing Health Matters; WHO Guidelines for Community Noise. 'With EGGZ' is a rough guide; real-world reduction depends on fit.
Block the snoring
28dB takes a typical snore down towards the quiet a bedroom should be.
A fit for every ear
Three tip sizes in the box, and slow-rebound foam that fills your ear gently for a proper seal.
Easy in, easy out
The soft loop gives you something to hold, so no fiddling in the dark or digging them out in the morning.
Stop binning foam
Reusable night after night, instead of a fresh pair of disposables every morning.
Fit them in 10 seconds
A snug seal is what blocks the noise.
Pick your size
Start with the medium tip. Swap to small or large if it feels loose or too tight.
Squeeze and insert
Gently squeeze the foam, pull the top of your ear up and back, and slide the plug in using the loop.
Let it settle
The slow-rebound foam expands over a minute or so to fill your ear. Then lie back and enjoy the quiet.

Sleep questions
Will they block my partner's snoring?
They reduce noise by 28dB, which takes the edge off most snoring, traffic and street noise. Very loud snoring may still be faintly audible.
Which size do I need?
Small, medium and large tips are all in the box. Most people start with medium.
Are they comfortable for side sleepers?
The ultra-soft memory foam squashes gently against the pillow. If the loop presses when you lie on your side, try the smaller tip so the plug sits deeper.
Which EGGZ sleep earplug should I choose?
Soft Sleep 2.0: loop design with three tip sizes. Memory Foam: compact, one size, great for travel. Silicone Soft Family Pack: mouldable silicone that sits over the ear. 200 pairs foam: disposable, for the bulk buyer.
How do I clean them?
Wipe them with a damp cloth, let them dry fully and store them in the case.
What if they don't work for me?
Every order is covered by our 30-day money-back guarantee.
